摘　　要：急性缺血性脑卒中患者的取栓手术麻醉方式因往往涉及到手术时间、术中管理和是否会影响到患者预后等问题,故最优麻醉方式一直悬而未决。现有的循证医学证据虽仍无法提供麻醉方式与患者预后之间的确切关联,但却提示麻醉方式对患者预后的影响不容忽视。本文就急性缺血性脑卒中患者急诊取栓手术麻醉方式的研究进展作一概要介绍。The optimal anesthesia choice for emergency thrombectomy in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)is still unresolved because the existing evidence-based medical knowledge still does not provide definitive support on the relationship between anesthesia modality and patient prognosis,although many researchers suggest that the impact of anesthesia modality on patient prognosis can not be ignored.This article reviews the progress of research on anesthesia modality for AIS patients undergoing emergency thrombectomy.
