摘 要:目的:建立月季蜡叶标本颜色测定的三种方法。方法:分别采用传统目测评价法、色差法、紫外分光光度法三种方法客观描述月季蜡叶标本叶和花的颜色变化。结果:色差法、紫外分光光度法测叶绿素含量与目测评价法结果一致,并且更加客观精确。结论:色差法、紫外分光光度法测叶绿素含量可应用于月季蜡叶标本颜色量化研究。Objective:To establish three methods for color determination of rose wax leaves.Methods:The traditional visual evaluation method,color difference method and ultraviolet spectrophotometry method were used to objectively describe the color changes of leaves and flowers of wax leaf specimens of Chinese rose.Results:The results of color difference method and ultraviolet spectrophotometry method were consistent with that of visual evaluation method and were more objective and accurate.Conclusion:Color difference method and ultraviolet spectrophotometry method for the determination of chlorophyll content can quantify the color of rose wax leaf samples.
