摘 要:霍尔效应传感器广泛用于识别电机定、转子之间相对位置,实现电机的电子换相。目前,大多数论述是描述霍尔特性及其在BLDC电机的应用工作原理,对电机效应霍尔传感器的设计没有完整的阐述。基于Saber仿真,文中对三相BLDC工作逻辑分析,建立霍尔效应传感器数学模型。结合霍尔感应区尺寸得出与识别精度有关的条件关系式;详细阐述霍尔效应传感器的安装分布、布局、霍尔类型及特点、印制板电路等设计要点。其结果有利于缩小传感器占用空间尺寸,对于电机霍尔效应传感器及运动位置识别传感器的设计,具有理论意义和现实价值。Hall-Effect sensor were used to measure the relative position between stator and rotor of motor, to achieve electronic commutation and brushless DC motor motion. At present, the hall characteristics and the application about BLDC motors are described in most of the abstracts, but the design of Hall-effect sensor for motor were not fully described. Based on Saber simulation, the working logic of three-phase BLDC were analyzed, and the mathematical model of Hall-effect sensor were established. Combined with the size of Hall sensing area, the conditional relationship related to recognition accuracy were obtained;The installation distribution, layout, hall type and characteristics, printed circuit board and other design points of Hall effect sensor were also described in detail. The result was useful to reduce the space occupied by the sensor, and has theoretical significance and practical value for the design of motor Hall effect sensor and motion position recognition sensor.
