摘　　要：球墨铸铁顶管因具有结构简单、加工制作容易、强度高、使用寿命长等优势,被广泛应用于学校、医院和工厂等场地的修建过程中。基于球墨铸铁顶管的发展现状与本身结构特点,阐述其设计开发过程,通过压力试验验证其性能,并对其质量控制进行研究,从而使球墨铸铁顶管得到更好的应用。Ductile iron pipe jacking is widely used in the construction of schools,hospitals and factories because of its simple structure,easy processing,high strength and long service life.Based on the development status of ductile iron pipe jacking and its structural characteristics,this paper expounds its design and development process,verifies its performance through pressure test,and studies its quality control,so that ductile iron pipe jacking can be better applied.
