摘　　要：基于水冷球墨铸铁管金属锌丝外喷装置的作用及工作原理,对永通球墨铸铁管有限责任公司离心铸管机喷锌时举升机构所存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的改进措施。通过对铸铁管金属锌丝外喷举升机构进行技术改进,提高了球墨铸铁管质量和节奏,降低了设备故障率,取得了良好的效果。Based on the function and working principle of water-cooled ductile iron pipe metal zinc wire external spraying device, the problems existing in the lifting mechanism of centrifugal pipe casting machine during zinc spraying were of Yongtong Ductile Iron Pipe Co., Ltd.,analyzed, and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward. Through the technical improvement of the lifting mechanism for the external spraying of metal zinc wire on the cast iron pipe, the quality and rhythm of the ductile iron pipe are improved, the equipment failure rate is reduced, and good results are achieved.
