大倾角厚煤层综放开采关键技术研究

摘　　要：为实现大倾角厚煤层的安全高效开采,以晋能控股煤业集团某矿大倾角厚煤层综放开采工程实践为例,总结归纳了一些大倾角厚煤层安全高效综放开采的关键技术,重点对大倾角综放工作面刮板输送机的上窜与下滑、液压支架突发的挤架与倾斜、采煤机跑车等特殊情况的发生机理与解决措施进行研究,为类似工况下的大倾角厚煤层综放开采提供技术支持。In order to realize the safe and efficient mining of high angle thick coal seams, taking the engineering practice of high angle thick coal seam fully mechanized top coal caving mining in a mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group as an example, this paper summarizes some key technologies of high angle thick coal seam safe and efficient fully mechanized top coal caving mining, focuses on the research on the occurrence mechanism and solutions of the special conditions such as the upward movement and downward movement of the scraper conveyor in the high angle fully mechanized top coal caving face, the sudden collapse and inclination of the hydraulic support,and the shearer sports car, so as to provide technical support for the fully mechanized top coal caving mining in the high angle thick coal seam under similar working conditions.
