摘  要:将真空快淬炉处理得到的Fe-V-Nb-Ce非晶纳米晶加入到高速工具钢中,利用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪、能谱仪和扫描电镜等现代检测手段对铸态的高速工具钢进行测试分析。研究发现,经Fe-V-Nb-Ce中间合金孕育变质处理后,晶粒尺寸由原来的35.975μm减小到24.865μm,枝晶间距和网厚分别由原来的22.561μm、14.634μm降低到17.675μm和11.382μm,但是网状碳化物的数量整体来说并没有明显的减少;变质处理使得碳化物形貌由“蜂窝状”向“片层状”发生转变,而对碳化物的类型并未产生太大的改变;含有稀土元素的非晶纳米晶孕育剂提高了表面能和界面能,增加了与钢液的润湿性,同时,Fe、V、Nb与Ce和C形成的相可以作为异质形核的核心迅速溶入基体合金液体中,整体细化高速工具钢基体晶粒。In this paper,Fe-V-Nb-Re(Si/Ce)amorphous nanocrystalline inoculant which were fabricated using the method of in situ reaction and rapid solidification were added to high speed tool steel.Cast microstructure were analyzed by using modern detection methods such as metalloscope,X-ray diffractometer,energy dispersive spectrometer,scanning electron microscope and so on.The results show that the grain size is decreased from 35.975μm to 24.865μm,dendrite spacing is decreased from 22.561μm to 17.675μm and mesh thickness is decreased from 14.634μm to 11.382μm after modification.The morphology of carbides changed from"honeycomb"to"lamellar"after inoculation metamorphism treament,but the type of carbides did not change much.The amorphous nanocrystalline inoculant containing rare earth elements can improve the surface energy and interfacial energy,and also can increase the wettability with the liquid steel.Meanwhile,the phases formed by Fe,V,Nb,Ce and C can be rapidly dissolved into the matrix alloy liquid as the heterogeneous nucleation core,and refine the grain of the high-speed tool steel matrix as a whole.
