摘 要:富氧烧结技术可提高烧结过程的温度和反应速度、强化烧结焙烧过程。鉴于此,重点介绍某ISP冶炼厂烧结工艺中通过富氧强化冶炼过程、提高结块率和烧结块质量的生产实践。采用富氧烧结技术后,烧结工艺有效块率从试验前的15.98%左右提高至20%~22%,烧结块w(Pb)降低到18.17%,较富氧前下降了2%,块残w(S)降低了0.1%。Oxygen enriched sintering technology can improve the temperature and reaction speed of the sintering process and strengthen the sintering and roasting process.In view of this,this paper focuses on the production practice of strengthening the smelting process by enriching oxygen and improving the caking rate and caking quality in the sintering process of an ISP smelter.After adopting the oxygen enriched sintering technology,the effective lump rate of the sintering process is increased from about 15.98%before the experiment to 20%~22%,the sintered lump w(PB)is reduced to 18.17%,which is 2%lower than that before oxygen enriched sintering,and the lump residual w(s)is reduced by 0.1%.
