摘  要:从使用原理、传统方法与新型工艺的对比、项目运行、脱除效果等,对焦炉煤气干法净化技术进行分析,发现微晶吸附法在脱硫效果满足超低排放要求、节能、简化,且在优化工艺运行、更换吸附剂时固废处理问题等方面总体效果优于氧化铁、活性炭工艺,具有良好的行业推广前景。From the aspects of application principle,comparison between traditional methods and new processes,project operation,removal effect and so on.this paper analyzes coke oven gas dry purification technology,and it found that the overall effect of microcrystalline adsorption method is better than iron oxide and activated carbon process in terms of desulfurization effect meeting ultra-low emission requirements,energy saving,simplifying and optimizing process operation,solid waste treatment when replacing adsorbent and so on.It has good prospects for industry promotion.
