摘  要:针对唐钢一炼铁厂为解决4号3200 m^(3)高炉3号铁口喷溅问题进行的工业实践,分析其原因、相应的解决措施以及实践效果。工业试验结果表明,通过采用高炉灌浆压入技术对4号高炉进行在线灌浆,有效消除了风口各套与风口组合砖、炉壳与冷却壁、冷却壁、耐火砌体中的间隙,有效降低了3号铁口喷溅时间,降低了炉前工人作业强度,避免了经济损失。In order to solve the splashing problem in industrial practice carried out in the first ironmaking plant of Tangshan Steel No.43200 m^(3)blast furnace No.3 iron mouth,the causes,corresponding solutions and practical effects are analyzed.The industrial test results show that the on-line grouting of No.4 blast furnace by using the blast furnace grouting and pressing technology effectively eliminates the gaps between the tuyere and the tuyere combination bricks,the furnace shell and the cooling stave,the cooling stave,and the refractory masonry,effectively reduces the splashing time of No.3 iron port,reduces the working intensity of workers in front of the furnace,and avoids economic losses.
