摘 要:首钢长钢9号高炉历次休风炉况恢复时间长,炉缸工作状态欠佳。针对此问题,通过制定合理的修复风方案,首次实现了双铁口出铁休风,实际休风时间26.86 h;通过合理测算渣碱度、休风期间采取炉体保温措施,用时16.96 h恢复至全风,比过去同类休风节约10 h。此次实践成效显著,可为今后长期休风实现快速恢复炉况积累经验。The recovery time of No.9 blast furnace of Shougang Changgang is long,the hearth working condition is poor.In order to solve this problem,by formulating a reasonable air restoration scheme,the air off at the double iron outlet was realized for the first time,and the actual time of air off was 26.86 h.By reasonably measuring the slag alkalinity and taking measures such as furnace body heat preservation during wind off,it took 16.96 hours to recover to full air,saving 10 hours compared with similar wind off in the past.Great progress has been made in this practice,and valuable experience has been accumulated for realizing rapid recovery of furnace condition after long-term wind shutdown in the future.
