摘　　要：简要介绍首钢长治钢铁公司H型钢生产线原有开坯机对中及翻钢装置在实际运行中存在的问题,针对性地提出改造方案,并分析验证改造可行性。通过实际改造实践后,成功进行了一次性热负荷试车,提升了轧制节奏,达到了预期效果。This paper briefly introduces the problems existing in the actual operation of the original centering and tilting device in the break down mill for H-Beam Plant in Shougang Changzhi Iron&Steel Company,puts forward the transformation plan,and analyzes and verifies the feasibility of the transformation.After the actual transformation practice,the one-time hot load test run was successfully carried out,which improved the rolling rhythm and achieved the expected effect.
