摘　　要：主要针对T型铜带在冲制时易产生丝芒质量缺陷原因进行分析,并结合生产实际情况,提出针对性的改善措施。生产实践表明,对T型钢带丝芒缺陷进行控制后,解决了T型铜带冲制时易出现丝芒的问题,从而提高了T型铜带产品品质和成品率,进一步满足了客户使用要求。This paper mainly analyzes the quality defects causes of the T-type copper strip that are easy to produce during punching,and puts forward targeted improvement measures in combination with the actual production situation.The production practice shows ofter the control of T-type copper ribbon wrie defects,so as to solve the problem of the T-type copper strip that is easy to occur during punching,thereby improving the product quality and yield of the T-type copper strip and further meeting the customer’s use requirements.
