大规格圆坯连铸带液芯快换中间包工艺实践

摘　　要：快换中间包操作是连铸机提高生产效率,实现连续生产的主要方法。快换中间包作业难度大、风险高,操作过程存在漏感、溢钢等风险。特别是大规格圆坯连铸机,钢铁业内还未实现大规格圆坯快换中间包操作。通过不断试验总结,太钢炼钢一厂圆坯连铸机顺利实现大规格带液芯快换中间包操作,圆坯连铸实现连续生产。为此介绍太钢炼钢一厂圆坯连铸机大规格带液芯快换中间包操作实践,操作要点以及作业过程的注意事项。The operation of quick changing tundish is the main method to improve the production efficiency of continuous casting machine and realize continuous production.Rapid tundish replacement is difficult and risky,and there are risks such as leakage and steel overflow in the operation process.Especially for the large-size round billet caster,the steel industry has not yet achieved the operation of fast tundish replacement of large-size round billet.Through continuous tests and summaries,the round billet caster in the first steelmaking plant of TISCO successfully realized the operation of large-scale tundish with liquid core,and the round billet continuous casting realized continuous production.This paper introduces the operation practice,key points and precautions of large-size tundish with liquid core for round billet caster in the first steelmaking plant of TISCO.
