摘 要:为明确块矿使用比例对高炉的影响,对阳春新钢铁1号高炉提高块矿比生产实践进行总结,将块矿比例提高后,通过采取探索合理的上下部调剂制度、控制合适炉渣碱度、加强有害元素管理及铁口操作等措施,保证了炉况的稳定顺行,在此同时实施四高一低操作,在块矿配比提高至22%时,取得了较好的技术经济指标。In order to clarify the impact of lump ore ratio on blast furnace,the production practice of increasing lump ore ratio of No.1blast furnace of Yangchun New Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.was summarized.After the lump ore ratio was increased,measures such as exploring a reasonable upper and lower adjustment system,controlling appropriate slag alkalinity,strengthening the management of harmful elements and port operation were taken to ensure the stable and smooth operation of furnace conditions.At the same time,the operation of"four high and one low"was implemented.When the lump ore ratio was increased to 22%,good technical and economic indicators have been achieved.
