摘　　要：为保证7.63 m超大型焦炉炉体安全和长寿化运行,总结焦炉在大幅度限产工艺条件下的调整策略和相关原则,并针对调整过程中发现的问题进行分析,归纳关键技术要点和特殊操作管控方法,形成超大型焦炉限产的生产组织和工艺调整模式,最终明确后续改进的方向。In order to ensure the safety and long-life operation of the 7.63 m super large coke oven,this paper summarizes the adjustment strategies and relevant principles of the coke oven under the condition of greatly limiting the production process,analyzes the problems found in the adjustment process,summarizes the key technical points and special operation control methods,forms the production organization and process adjustment mode of limiting the production of the super large coke oven,and finally clarifies the direction of subsequent improvement.
