摘  要:以某公司镍铁矿热炉为例,通过对镍铁生产过程中自焙电极硬断的影响因素进行统计,分析了相应因素造成电极硬断的产生机理,并对无关因素进行了论证,得出该公司自焙电极硬断的主要影响因素为工作端偏长、供料不稳定、电极糊柱高度过低、炉盖漏水、停炉送电后电流及功率恢复过快等。通过采取相应的解决措施,该公司矿热炉自焙电极未再发生硬断事故。This paper takes a ferronickel submerged arc furnace as an example.By statistical the factors of hard breaking of self-baking electrode in the process of ferronickel production.The mechanism of electrode hard breaking caused by corresponding factors is analyzed and the irrelevant factors are demonstrated.It is concluded that the hard breaking factors of self-baking electrode in this company mainly include long working end,unstable feeding,too low electrode paste column height,leakage of furnace cover,fast recovery of current and power after shutdown and power transmission,etc.Through the implementation of the corresponding measures,the company’s mine furnace self-baking electrode did not happen again hard broken accident.
