摘 要:为了分离和研究江苏省部分地区奶牛乳腺炎源病原菌流行病学规律和耐药特性,采集7家牧场临床乳腺炎乳样316份,开展病原菌流行病学分析,对乳样中优势病原菌进行分离鉴定,并对其中葡萄球菌进行耐药特性分析。共有274份奶样分离得到菌株,细菌鉴定结果显示,共分离出葡萄球菌属132株,占分离株总数的39.13%;克雷伯菌属80株,占分离株总数的17.66%;大肠杆菌52株,占分离株总数的11.48%;芽孢杆菌属69株,占分离株总数的15.23%。阳性样本病原菌感染模式分别为单株菌(31%)、2株菌(40%)、3株菌(23%)、4株菌(6%)。此外,对103株主要奶牛乳腺炎源葡萄球菌进行8种抗生素药敏试验,结果表明,103株葡萄球菌对林可霉素、苯唑西林、青霉素、阿莫西林耐药现象严重,耐药率分别达到82.5%,67.6%,57.5%,43.2%。对庆大霉素、四环素、氯霉素敏感;对环丙沙星表现中度敏感。多重耐药以3重耐药为主,占比达33.98%。结果表明,江苏地区奶牛乳腺炎以多种病原菌感染模式为主,葡萄球菌属为优势致病菌且存在多重耐药现象,研究为奶牛葡萄球菌性乳腺炎的防治奠定基础。In order to isolate and identify the epidemiological and drug resistance characteristics of pathogenic bacteria from bovine mastitis in part of Jiangsu Province,316 clinical mastitis milk samples from 7 dairy farms were collected.The epidemiological analysis of pathogenic bacteria was isolated and identified,and the drug resistance characteristics of Staphylococcus were analyzed.Bacterial were isolated from a total of 274 milk samples.The results of bacterial identification showed that 132 strains of Staphylococcus were isolated,accounting for 39.13%of the total isolates;80 strains of Klebsiella,accounting for 17.66%of the total isolates;A total of 52 strains of Escherichia coli were isolated,accounting for 11.48%of the total isolates;A total of 69 strains of Bacillus were isolated,accounting for 15.23%of the total isolates.The infection patterns of pathogens in positive samples were isolated with single strain(31%),two strains(40%),three strains(23%)and four strains(6%).The results showed that 103strains of Staphylococcus were seriously resistant to lincomycin,oxacillin,penicillin and amoxicillin,and the resistance rates were 82.5%,67.6%,57.5%and 43.2%respectively.Sensitive to gentamicin,tetracycline and chloramphenicol.It was moderately sensitive to ciprofloxacin.Multiple drug resistance was mainly triple drug resistance,accounting for 33.98%.The results showed that bovine mastitis in Jiangsu was mainly caused by a variety of pathogens,Staphylococcus was the dominant pathogen and there was multi drug resistance.The research provided a research basis for the prevention and treatment of cow staphylococcal mastitis.
