摘 要:创新应用先进传感技术来提升电网信息感知水平,解决电网中强电磁干扰问题,是建设新型电力系统面临的重要挑战。针对输电线路复杂电磁场中绝缘子泄漏电流的监测,以XP-70绝缘子为实验对象,研制了一种基于法布里-珀罗(Fabry-Perot,F-P)干涉的绝缘子泄漏电流光纤传感器。该传感器利用敏感端机电耦合部件的换能特性及光纤传感无源、抗电磁干扰的特点,实现了泄漏电流的测量。实验结果表明,所研制的传感器具有良好的静态稳定性和动态跟随性;传感器在绝缘子泄漏电流实验线性度测试中,其线性拟合度R^(2)=98.69%,具有良好的线性度,灵敏度为0.013mA/kV;该传感器在相同电压等级、不同温湿度下污秽绝缘子实验测试中,能准确地测量绝缘子的泄漏电流值,具有无源、抗电磁干扰能力强、灵敏度高等优点,为新型电力系统中智能绝缘子的光学无源在线监测提供解决方案。In order to improve the anti-electromagnetic interference performance and the ability of information perception of power grid,it is necessary to apply advanced sensor technology,which is a significant challenge for a new power system.In this paper,a leakage current sensor based on the principle of Fabry-Perot(F-P)interference was developed,which was used to measure the insulator(XP-70)and could be applied in monitoring the leakage current of insulator in the power transmission line under complex electromagnetic fields.The leakage current measurement has been realized based on the energy conversion characteristic of electromechanical transducer,the passive sensing ability and anti-electromagnetic interference properties of optical sensor.The experiment results demonstrate that the sensor has excellent static stability and dynamic tracking performance.Moreover,the sensor has excellent linearity and high sensitivity,which are reflected by R^(2)(98.69%)and primary term coefficient(0.013 mA/kV)in the linearity test of leakage current experiment of insulator.Consequently,the sensor can accurately measure the leakage current value of contaminated insulator under the same voltage level and various temperature and humidity conditions.With the advantages of passive sensing property,strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability and high sensitivity,the sensor can provide solutions for optical passive online monitoring of smart insulator in a new power system.
