摘 要:为了满足现有高精密工频电压比例标准的误差测量精度要求,提出了基于动态补偿差压量值提取的方法,精确获取标准和被试电压之间的微弱差压信号,然后基于错时采样增益误差消除原理,利用同一个采样通道在前后不同时刻对差压信号和标准电压信号进行错时交换采样,消除由于采样通道不一致引入的增益误差。结果表明在不同输入比例下,基于该方法的测量误差明显改善,比值差和相位差都可以降到0.5×10^(-6)以内。该研究可为测量和提升10~110 kV工频高电压比例标准装置准确度水平提供支撑。In order to meet the requirements of error measurement accuracy of the existing high-precision voltage ratio standards of power frequency,a differential pressure value extraction method based on dynamic compensation is proposed to accurately obtain the weak differential pressure signal between the standard voltage and the tested voltage.Then,based on the principle of staggered time sampling gain error elimination,the same sampling channel is used to sample the differential pressure signal and the standard voltage signal at different times,thus the gain error caused by different sampling channels is eliminated.The results show that the measurement error based on this method is significantly improved under different input ratios,and the ratio difference and the phase difference is reduced to 0.5×10^(-6).The research can provide support for measuring and improving the accuracy level of 10~110 kV voltage ratio standards device of power frequency.
