降压节电原理与标准应用误区

摘  要:降压节电设备的应用广泛,但对装置能否节电,如何判断节电效能,装置的应用对象,以及节电率公式应用条件等问题,由于认识上的模糊产生了不少误区,以致引发了不少产品质量争议。为此本文从原理认识与方便操作层面,普及与介绍了装置主要应用对象的浪费用电与降压节电原理及案例,并给出GB/T 25099标准中节电率公式,正确计算条件与避免进入误区的增补条文的建议。The equipment for voltage reducing and power saving is widely used,while the misunderstandings of some aspects related with the equipment still exist.For example,whether the equipment truly helps decrease power consumption or whether it has been used for proper place or how to calculate the power saving data and the applied terms for the formula of power saving rate.These misunderstandings cause lots of engineering quality issues,which need to be settled through litigation in the end.This paper,based on the theory of power saving and the actual working condition of power saving device,gives explanations on the reason of power waste and the method of reducing voltage to meet the target of power saving.According to the formula of energy save rate formula listed in the Chinese national standard GB/T 25099,this paper gives suggestions to use the formula correctly and hopes this way could help to avoid the misunderstanding of reducing voltage method for power saving solution.
