摘　　要：我国已在药品、特种设备、农产品等重点领域建立了追溯体系,为提高追溯编码数据载体质量,提升追溯体系数据共享的效率,特开展可变一维条码、二维码质量研究。本文采用过程研究与实验室数据结合的方法,研究涵盖可变一维条码、二维码印制整个过程,从条码符号生成软件参数设置、喷码基材的表面处理、喷码设备特性进行了分析,并根据不同的控制条件、处理方式、喷码设备效果与实验室检测数据结合,分析出可变一维条码、二维码质量控制关键点,梳理了追溯编码数据载体质量控制要点,为企业追溯编码印制提供了可靠的技术支撑,确保了追溯体系能够“落地”应用。China has established traceability systems in key fields such as drugs,special equipment and agricultural products.In order to improve the quality of traceability code data carrier and improve the efficiency of data sharing in the traceability system,the research on the quality of variable one-dimensional barcode and two-dimensional code is carried out.This paper uses the combined method of process research and laboratory data,studies the whole printing process of variable one-dimensional bar code and the qr code,and analyzes the parameter setting of software generating bar code,the surface treatment of the code spraying material,and the features of printing equipment.According to the different way of control condition,processing,the effect of printing equipment combined with laboratory test data,it analyzes the key points of quality control of variable one-dimensional bar code and two-dimensional code,and the traceability coding data carrier which provides reliable technical support for enterprises’traceability code printing and ensures that the implementation of the traceability system.
