摘　　要：深圳北站枢纽片区位于深圳中部、龙华区南部,是深圳“中优、北拓”的城市关键节点,具有“高铁+中心区”的双重属性。为了从城市意向、功能形态、公共空间、交通组织、开发控制等维度更好整合北站枢纽片区的城市设计,依托北站枢纽升级为契机,对周边区域进行城市更新,深圳市龙华区政府、深圳市规划和自然资源局等机构于2019年举办了深圳北站枢纽地区城市设计国际竞赛,向全球征集城市设计理念和方案,最终由深圳华汇设计有限公司、株式会社日本设计、日本太平洋咨询设计株式会社联合体提交的“交荟门户、枢纽双芯”设计方案摘得桂冠。The Shenzhen North Railway Station Hub is located in the south of Longhua District in central Shenzhen I is a key node of Shenzhen,with the dual features of"high-speed railway+downtown."For a better,integrated urban design of the hub area from the perspectives ofurban intentio,functioal form,public space,rfic organization and development control,and to take the opportunity to update the surrounding areas,the government of Longhua District,Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources and other related institutions held an international urban design competition in 2019.Finally,the scheme submitted by HHD-sz,Nihon Sekkei,and PCKK won the first place.
