摘　　要：分析了分散剂用量.表观密度、杂质粒子数、引发剂种类和用量、聚合度.工艺设备完善度对PVC树脂质量的影响。认为通过做好原材料质量控制、科学计算添加剂总量、做好生产过程控制、加强工艺设备养护等,可提高PVC树脂质量。The factors of influencing the quality of PVC resins were analyzed, including dispersant dosage, apparent density, number of impurity particles, initiator type and dosage, polymerization degree, and the perfection degree of processing equipment. It was regarded that the quality of PVC resins could be improved by the quality control of raw materials, the scientific calculation of the total amount of additives, the control of production process, and the enhancement in the maintenance of process equipment.
