摘 要:从有机硅压敏胶的固化机理、原料组成、结构与性能的关系出发,对近年来有机硅压敏胶在耐高温/高湿性、抗静电/导电性等方面的功能性探索,以及高固含率、乳液化、无底涂化、光引发体系、AF防指纹屏用产品的稳定性等应用工艺优化方面的研究/改进思路和改进结果进行了分析和总结,最后对有机硅压敏胶的应用前景和未来关注点方向进行展望。Starting from the curing mechanism,raw material composition,structure and properties of silicone pressure sensitive adhesive,the functional exploration of silicone pressure sensitive adhesives in high temperature/high humidity resistance,antistatic/conductive properties as well as the research/improvement ideas and improvement results in application process optimization such as high solid content,emulsion,no primer,photoinitiated system,and the stability of AF anti-fingerprint screen products were analyzed and summarized. Finally,the application prospect and future focus direction of silicone pressure sensitive adhesive were prospected.
