牛至油对断奶仔猪小肠形态、细胞因子含量及紧密连接蛋白mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：将120头25日龄断奶的“大白×长白”二元杂交仔猪按公母各半、体质量相近的原则随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪,分别饲喂添加0,300,500,800 mg/kg牛至油的基础日粮,试验期为30 d,测定小肠形态、小肠组织细胞因子和SIgA含量及肠道紧密连接相关基因mRNA表达。结果显示,不同质量浓度的牛至油对小肠各段绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值均有一定提高,并且在空肠与回肠结果中500 mg/kg牛至油组与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)和极显著性差异(P<0.01);各小肠段细胞因子、SIgA都有所提高,只是显著性不同;肠道紧密连接基因相对表达量都有增加,特别是500 mg/kg牛至油组在各段小肠中与对照组存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结果表明,日粮中添加牛至油可以改善断奶仔猪小肠形态结构及其功能,促进仔猪肠道健康。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of oregano essential oil(OEO)on intestinal health in weaned piglets,including intestinal morphology,cytokines,SIgA and the expression of genes related to intestinal tight junctions in weaned piglets.The results showed that different concentrations of OEO had a certain increase in the ratio of villus height/crypt depth(V/C)in each segment of the small intestine,and the 500 mg/kg OEO group was significantly different from the control group in the results of jejunum and ileum(P<0.05)and extremely significant(P<0.01).The cytokines and SIgA of each small intestine segment have increased,but they are significantly different.The relative expression of intestinal tight junction genes increased,especially the 500 mg/kg OEO group had significant differences in each segment of the small intestine from the control group(P<0.05).In summary,dietary supplementation with OEO can improve the morphology and function of the small intestine of weaned piglets,and promote the health of the piglets’intestines.
