对比剂质量浓度对犬腰椎穿刺CT脊髓造影效果的影响

摘　　要：为探究不同质量浓度对比剂对犬CT脊髓造影效果的影响,本试验将9只健康成年小型宠物犬分为3组,分别以80,150,250 g/L质量浓度碘海醇溶液(以碘计)进行腰椎穿刺CT脊髓造影,并于5,15 min后进行多排螺旋CT扫描,观察各组造影效果。结果显示:150 g/L质量浓度组第5胸椎头侧CT值优于其他2组;第5胸椎尾侧,250 g/L质量浓度组造影效果更好。结果表明,对比剂在蛛网膜下腔的分布受其质量浓度的影响。因此,建议在进行CT脊髓造影前,预先大致定位病变部位,而后针对性地选择CT脊髓造影方案。对位于第5胸椎头侧的病变,使用150 g/L碘海醇溶解进行CT脊髓造影可获得更好的造影效果。In order to observe the effect of different concentrations of contrast agent on the effect of canine CT myelography,9 healthy adult small dogs were divided into 3 groups,the lumbosacral CT myelography was performed with 80,150 and 250 g/L iohexol(calculated by iodine),respectively,then the multi-slice spiral CT scan was performed at 5 min and 15 min to observe the effect of each group.The result of CT myelography showed that the CT value of the cranial side of the fifth thoracic spine in the 150 g/L group was better than the other two groups;but for the caudal side of the fifth thoracic spine,the contrast effect of the 250 g/L concentration group was better,indicating that the distribution of contrast agent in the subarachnoid space was affected by concentration.Therefore,it is recommended to roughly locate the lesion before proceeding with CT myelography,and then select the CT myelography program specifically.For lesions located on the head side of the fifth thoracic vertebra,CT myelography with 150 g/L iohexol can be used to obtain better imaging results.
