摘 要:旨在研究孕激素(P_(4))与促卵泡素(FSH)联合或单独使用对湖羊育成母羊卵泡发育及生殖激素分泌的影响。选择体况良好、发情周期正常的湖羊育成母羊80只,体质量(35.16±1.66)kg,利用P_(4)阴道栓+孕马血清促性腺激素+氯前列醇钠(P_(4)阴道栓+PMSG+PG)方法进行发情周期同步处理,选择撤栓后24~48 h发情的72只羊进入正式试验,撤栓后5 d记为试验第0天。将72只试验羊随机分为9组,每组8只,其中1,2,3组在第0天埋植P_(4)阴道栓,埋植持续时间分别为5,8,11 d;4,5,6组用FSH处理,分别在试验的第4,7,10天肌肉注射FSH 2次(早上8:00注射70 IU和下午6:00注射30 IU);7,8,9组P_(4)+FSH联合处理,在第0天埋植P_(4)阴道栓,埋植持续时间分别为5,8,11 d,并在第4,7,10天肌肉注射FSH 2次(时间、剂量同4,5,6组)。9组试验羊分别在第0,5,8,11天静脉采血,并手术观察记录卵泡数。结果显示,试验9组卵泡数显著高于1,2,3,4,5,7,8组(P<0.05),试验6组卵泡数显著高于1,4,5组(P<0.05)。P_(4)、FSH和P_(4)+FSH等3个处理组间卵泡数量无显著差异(P>0.05),但P_(4)+FSH处理组的卵泡数量比FSH组和P_(4)组有增加趋势,分别高38.02%和47.12%。处理时间极显著影响了卵泡数量(P<0.01),随着处理时间的延长卵泡数量明显升高,第11天极显著高于第5,8天(P<0.01);处理及时间交互对卵泡数量无影响(P>0.05)。各处理组间血清FSH浓度无差异(P>0.05),不同处理组对血清催乳素(PRL)和P_(4)浓度影响极显著(P<0.01),对促黄体素(LH)和雌激素(E_(2))浓度影响显著(P<0.05);处理时间对FSH、LH、PRL、P_(4)、E_(2)及褪黑素(MT)浓度无影响(P>0.05);处理×时间极显著影响了P_(4)浓度(P<0.01),对FSH、LH、PRL、E_(2)、MT无影响(P>0.05)。结果表明,母羊黄体末期使用FSH单独处理促卵泡发育效果较好,P_(4)埋栓和FSH联合处理促卵泡发育效果更佳。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of progesterone(P_(4))and folliclestimulating hormone(FSH)on follicular development and reproductive hormone secretion of Hu ewes.Eighty Hu ewes weighing(35.16±3.66)kg in good body condition with normal estrous cycles were used in this study.After estrous cycle synchronization using P_(4),PMSG and prostaglandin(PG),seventy-two ewes in estrus 24-48hafter the withdrawal of the P_(4) sponges were selected.The fifth day after estrus synchronization was designated as day 0.The 72ewes were randomly allocated into 9groups(n=8,each group).Since day 0,the ewes in the P_(4) treatment were received intravaginal sponges(P_(4) sponges).The sponges were maintained for 5,8,or 11din groups 1,2and3respectively.Ewes in groups 4,5and 6were treated with FSH on day 4,7and 10respectively(70IU at 8a.m.and 30IU at 6p.m.).Ewes in groups 7,8,and 9were treated with P_(4)+FSH,the sponges were maintained for 5,8and 11days respectively,while FSH was injected twice on day 4,7and 10,in which the time and dose were the same as those in groups 4,5and 6.The blood samples was collected and the number of follicles were recorded at day 0,5,8,and 11.The results showed that the number of follicles in group 9was significantly higher than those in groups 1,2,3,4,5,7and 8(P<0.05),and the number of follicles in group 6was significantly higher than those in group 1,4and 5(P<0.05).The three treatment groups had no significant effect on the number of follicles(P>0.05),but the number of follicles in the P_(4)+FSH treatment group was 38.02%and 47.12%higher than those in the FSH group and P_(4) group,respectively.Treatment time significantly affected the number of follicles(P<0.01).The number of follicles was significantly higher on the day 11than day 5and day 8(P<0.01).Treatment and time interaction had no effect on the number of follicles(P>0.05).There was no difference in serum FSH concentration among treatment groups(P>0.05),but significantly affected the concentrations of serum prolactin(PRL),P_(4)(P<
