摘　　要：白藜芦醇是由植物在遭受“逆境”时产生的一种植物抗毒素,属于非黄酮类的多酚化合物,广泛存在于自然界,近年来引起了广大学者们的关注。通过对白藜芦醇在提高动物生产性能、抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌抗病毒、调节代谢、抗应激、提高免疫力、改善肠道健康等方面的作用以及存在的问题的综述,为对其进行深入的研究和广泛的应用提供参考。Resveratrol is a kind of plant antitoxin produced by plants when they suffer from“stress”.It is a non-flavonoid polyphenolic compound,which exists widely in nature and has attracted the attention of scholars in recent years.The biological functions,such as improving animal production performance,antioxidation,improving immunity,anti-inflammation,antibacterial,antiviral,regulating metabolism,anti-stress,improving intestines health were summarized for the further study and application of resveratrol.
