摘　　要：白癜风是一种常见的后天性色素脱失性皮肤黏膜疾病,可发生于身体的任何部位。由于其发病机制还不明确,尚缺乏针对性较强的靶向治疗,临床疗效十分有限。特别是当脱色部位的皮肤位于身体暴露处时,会严重影响患者的身心健康,造成焦虑、沮丧或抑郁。随着光疗在皮肤科应用变得越来越普及,其对白癜风的临床疗效也得到了一定的认可,受到了临床医生和患者的青睐。检索了近5年有关光疗在白癜风治疗中的应用进展,以期为白癜风的临床诊疗提供更多的治疗选择。Vitiligo is a common acquired depigmentation of the skin mucosa that can occur anywhere in the body.Due to the unclear pathogenesis and lack of targeted therapy,the clinical effect is very limited.Especially when the skin of the discoloration site is located in the exposed part of the body,it can seriously affect the physical and mental health of the patient,causing anxiety or depression.As the application of phototherapy in dermatology becomes more and more popular,its clinical effect on vitiligo has also been recognized and favored by clinicians and patients.In order to provide more treatment options for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of vitiligo,this paper reviewed the application progress of phototherapy in the treatment of vitiligo in recent five years.
