茺蔚子化学成分与药理作用的研究进展

摘　　要：茺蔚子为一种常用的中药,具有活血调经,清肝明目等多种功效。目前已从茺蔚子中分离得到环肽类、三萜类、黄酮类、甾醇类等化学成分,具有收缩子宫、降血压、抗氧化、神经保护、抗癌、抗炎及抗病毒等多种药理作用。综述了茺蔚子的化学成分及药理作用的研究情况,为进一步开发和利用茺蔚子提供依据。Chongweizi(Frutus Leonuri)is a commonly-used traditional Chinese medicine,with the effects of promoting blood circulation and regulating menstruation,clearing liver and improving eyesight.So far,cyclic peptides,triterpenes,flavones and sterols have been isolated from Chongweizi(Frutus Leonuri),which have many pharmacological effects,such as contraction of uterus,lowering blood pressure,anti-oxidation,neuroprotection,anti-cancer,anti-inflammatory and anti-virus.This paper summarized the literatures on the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Chongweizi(Frutus Leonuri)and provided the basis for the further development and utilization of Chongweizi(Frutus Leonuri).
