摘  要:慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)由于经济负担重、死亡率高等成为了全球范围内最重要的健康问题之一,给人类带来了巨大且日益增长的经济和社会负担,如何有效控制COPD已经成为待解决的重大难题。COPD患者常出现骨骼肌功能障碍,会严重影响患者的活动能力,同时也是引起患者生活质量低下的关键因素。随着对COPD合并骨骼肌功能障碍研究的不断深入,肺、脾、络始终贯穿疾病的发生与发展。线粒体是细胞内能量的重要来源,骨骼肌中含有丰富的线粒体,而缺氧诱导的线粒体自噬在维持线粒体数量以及质量中发挥重要作用。旨在从缺氧诱导线粒体自噬角度探讨补肺健脾通络法治疗COPD合并骨骼肌功能障碍的机制,在治疗骨骼肌功能障碍方面提供新思想和新方案。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)has become one of the most important health problems worldwide due to the large number of patients and high mortality rate,and has brought huge and growing economic and social burden to human beings.How to effectively control COPD has become a major problem to be solved.Skeletal muscle dysfunction often occurs in COPD patients,which severely affects exercise tolerance and is also a key factor leading to poor quality of life in patients.With the deepening of researches on COPD combined with skeletal muscle dysfunction,lung,spleen and collaterals are of great significance in the occurrence and development of diseases.Mitochondria are the important source of intracellular energy.Skeletal muscle is rich in mitochondria,and hypoxia-induced mitochondrial autophagy plays an important role in maintaining the quantity and quality of mitochondria.This study aims to explore the mechanism of tonifying lung,invigorating spleen and clearing collaterals in the treatment of COPD combined with skeletal muscle dysfunction from the perspective of hypoxia-induced mitochondrial autophagy,and provide new ideas and schemes for the treatment of skeletal muscle dysfunction.
