奥司他韦联合黄芪注射液对手足口病患儿IP-10、免疫球蛋白、T细胞活性调节蛋白的影响及抗炎作用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨奥司他韦联合黄芪注射液对手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)患儿γ干扰素诱导蛋白10(Interferun-γinducible protein-10,IP-10)、免疫球蛋白、T细胞活性调节蛋白(regulated upon activation normal T-cell expressed and secreted,RANTES)的影响及抗炎作用。方法选取2017年1月—2020年9月医院收治的102例HFMD患儿,随机数字表法分为两组,各51例。对照组给予奥司他韦,观察组给予奥司他韦联合黄芪注射液,比较两组总有效率、退热时间、皮疹消退时间、住院时间、IP-10、RANTES、免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin,Ig)M、IgA、IgG、血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素(interleukin,IL)-1、IL-4、IL-12]、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为94.12%(48/51),高于对照组的76.47%(39/51)(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、皮疹消退时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IP-10、RANTES低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IgM、IgA、IgG高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TNF-α、IL-1、IL-4、IL-12低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(0)与对照组[3.92%(2/51)]相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥司他韦联合黄芪注射液可改善HFMD患儿免疫功能与炎症反应,促进病情恢复,疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective To investigate the effect of oseltamivir combined with Huangqi Injection(黄芪注射液)onγ-interferon-inducible protein 10(IP-10),immunoglobulin,T cell activity-regulating protein(RANTES)and its anti-inflammatory effect in children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD).Methods A total of 102 children with HFMD treated in the hospital from January 2017 to September 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,51 cases in each.The control group was given oseltamivir and the observation group was given oseltamivir combined with Huangqi Injection.The total effective rate,antipyretic time,rash regression time,hospital stay,the levels of IP-10,RANTES,immunoglobulin(Ig)M,IgA,IgG and serum inflammatory factors[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-1,IL-4,IL-12],and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.12%(48/51),which was higher than 76.47%(39/51)in the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,rash resolution time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IP-10 and RANTES in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgM,IgA and IgG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,IL-1,IL-4 and IL-12 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(0)was not statistically significant compared with that[3.92%(2/51)]of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir combined with Huangqi Injection can improve the immune function and inflammatory response of children with HFMD,promote the recovery of the disease,and has significant curative effect and safety.
