摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病久治不愈累及肾脏所致,糖尿病肾病引起的骨代谢异常及骨密度下降可增加骨质疏松的患病风险。近年来,络病理论已被广泛应用于糖尿病肾病性骨质疏松的临床诊疗中。虫类药物作为通络中药的重要组成部分,在糖尿病肾病性骨质疏松症的临床治疗中有着不可替代的应用地位。从虫类药物活血化瘀通络、搜风止痛通络、通补络脉三个方面治疗糖尿病肾病性骨质疏松症进行综述,拓宽中医防治糖尿病肾病性骨质疏松症的用药思路。Diabetic nephropathy is caused by the long-term treatment of diabetes that affects the kidneys,and its often accompanied osteoporosis brings great inconvenience to patients.In recent years,the theory of network disease has been widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathic osteoporosis.As an important part of Tongluo Traditional Chinese medicine,insect drugs have an irreplaceable application position in the clinical treatment of diabetic nephropathic osteoporosis.Therefore,this paper will review the treatment of diabetic nephropathic osteoporosis from the three aspects of insect drugs to activate blood and dissolve stasis,search for wind and relieve pain,and replenish the veins,and broaden the drug ideas of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathic osteoporosis.
