摘　　要：JAK/STAT3信号通路与细胞生长、分化、细胞周期和细胞运动性等一系列过程有关,能够作为胞外细胞因子与胞内基因表达的直接介导。近年来,国内文献对于中医药通过JAK/STAT3信号通路调控炎症、防治纤维化、调控凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和迁移等有许多的研究,但还未见系统的回顾和综述,故综述中医药通过JAK/STAT3通路防治疾病中的研究进展。The JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway is related to a series of processes such as cell growth,differentiation,cell cycle and cell motility,and can be used as a direct mediator of extracellular cytokines and intracellular gene expression.In recent years,there are many domestic researches on the regulation of inflammation,prevention and treatment of fibrosis,regulation of apoptosis,inhibition of tumor cell invasion and migration by traditional Chinese medicine through the JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway,but there is no systematic review or review.This article reviewed the research progress in traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of diseases through JAK/STAT3 pathway.
