摘　　要：天麻为兰科药用植物天麻的干燥块茎,富含多糖类成分,是其主要活性成分之一。天麻多糖含量和质量会受到天麻产地和加工方法的影响,研究过程中提取、分离、纯化、修饰等方法的多样性也会导致所获得天麻多糖的结构组成和分子量产生差异,进而产生不同的药理活性。天麻多糖具有抗氧化、提高机体免疫力等多种功效,在医药领域中广泛应用,因此对天麻多糖的提取、分离、纯化、结构特征及药理活性研究进行总结,为天麻多糖的深层次开发利用提供理论依据。Tianma(Gastrodiae Rhizoma)is the dry tuber of Gastrodia elata B.,a medicinal plant in the orchid family.It is rich in polysaccharides,one of its main active components.The content and quality of Gastrodiae Rhizoma polysaccharide(GRP)will be affected by the origin and processing methods.The diversity of extraction,separation,purification and modification methods in the research process will also lead to differences in the structural composition and molecular weight of GRP,and then produce different pharmacological activities.GRP has many effects such as anti-oxidation and improving body immunity,and is widely used in the field of medicine.Therefore,the research on the extraction,separation,purification,structural characteristics and pharmacological activities of GRP is summarized to provide a theoretical basis for the deep development and utilization of GRP polysaccharide.
