摘　　要：抑郁症现已成为现代社会常见的心理障碍性疾病,成为致残的主要病因;而淫羊藿苷能够抑制HPA轴功能亢进、调节神经递质水平、抑制炎性反应及抗氧化应激、改善线粒体功能,并通过调节代谢物水平、镇痛镇静、调节BDNF信号传导通路发挥抗抑郁作用,但其主要机制尚未完全明确。结合国内外研究报道,阐述淫羊藿苷抗抑郁作用机制的研究进展,并结合中药网络药理学,探索淫羊藿苷与抑郁症之间作用靶点的联系,为临床抗抑郁治疗以及提高患者的生活质量提供理论依据。Depression has become a common psychological disorder in modern society and the main cause of disability.Researches have shown that icariin can exert antidepressant effects through multiple channels,but its main mechanism has not been fully clarified.The article explained the research progress of the antidepressant mechanism of icariin,and combined the network pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine to research the relationship between the target of icariin and depression,providing a theoretical basis for clinical antidepressant treatment and improving the quality of life of patients.
