摘  要:目的建立同属不同种桑叶的HPLC特征指纹图谱,并综合评价其药材质量。方法收集同属不同种桑叶共13批,建立相应的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。应用SPSS、SIMCA软件对指纹图谱数据进行统计学分析。结果13批桑叶样品中有15个共有峰,对照品指认3、7、10号峰分别为化合物绿原酸、异槲皮苷、紫云英苷。从HPLC指纹图谱的共有峰中筛选出引起桑叶药材质量差异的4个标志性成分,其中1个已知成分为紫云英苷。结论同属不同种桑叶药材质量差异较大,其中华桑、山桑等药材的综合质量得分较高,造成桑叶黄酮类成分种间差异性的成分为紫云英苷和其他3个未知成分,对同属不同种桑叶的临床应用提供实验依据。Objective To establish the HPLC characteristic fingerprints of Sangye(Folium Mori)of the same genus and different species and comprehensively evaluate their herbal quality.Methods A total of 13 batches of Sangye(Folium Mori)of the same genus and different species were collected and the corresponding HPLC fingerprinting methods were established.SPSS and SIMCA software were applied to analyze the fingerprint data statistically.Results There were 15 shared peaks in 13 batches of Sangye(Folium Mori)samples,and the control identified peaks 3,7 and 10 were chlorogenic acid,isoquercitrin and ziuyunin glycosides,respectively.From the shared peaks in the HPLC fingerprint profile,four signature components causing the difference in the quality of Sangye(Folium Mori)were screened out,and one of them was known to be zingiberin.Conclusion The quality of Sangye(Folium Mori)of the same genus and different species varies greatly,and the comprehensive quality scores of Huasang(Morus cathayana Hemsl)and Shansang(Morus mongolica Schneid.var.diabolica Koidz)are higher.The components that cause inter-species variability of flavonoid components of Sangye(Folium Mori)are zingiberin and three other unknown components.It can provide an experimental basis for the clinical application of Sangye(Folium Mori)of the same genus and different species.
