摘  要:目的研究瓜蒌与草乌配伍前后煎液中瓜蒌的5种化学成分的含量变化。方法采用高效液相色谱法,对配伍前后煎液中的5种化学成分芦丁、异槲皮苷、槲皮素、3,29-二苯甲酰基栝楼仁三醇和葫芦素B的含量测定。结果进行t检验得知,与生、制草乌配伍会使瓜蒌皮中的芦丁、异槲皮苷、槲皮素和葫芦素B 4种成分显著降低(P<0.05);瓜蒌子与生草乌配伍后芦丁含量变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);瓜蒌子与生草乌配伍后异槲皮苷含量有显著性升高(P<0.01),与制草乌配伍差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);瓜蒌子的栝楼仁三醇与生草乌配伍后含量显著降低(P<0.01),与制草乌配伍显著升高(P<0.01);瓜蒌子和天花粉的葫芦素B与生、制草乌配伍后含量显著降低(P<0.05)。结论与生草乌配伍会减少瓜蒌皮中成分(芦丁、异槲皮苷、槲皮素和葫芦素B)、瓜蒌子中成分(芦丁、栝楼仁三醇和葫芦素B)和天花粉中成分(葫芦素B)的溶出,但会增加瓜蒌子中异槲皮苷的溶出;与制草乌配伍会减少瓜蒌皮中成分(芦丁、异槲皮苷、槲皮素和葫芦素B)、瓜蒌子中成分(葫芦素B)和天花粉中成分(葫芦素B)的溶出,但会增加瓜蒌子中成分(芦丁、异槲皮苷和栝楼仁三醇)的溶出。Objective To study the contents of five chemical components in the water extracts of Gualou(Trichosanthis Frucutus)before and after compatibility with Caowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix).Methods HPLC was used to determine the contents of rutin,isoquercitrin,querceti,3,29-dibenzoyl rarounitriol and cucurbitacin B in the decoction before and after compatibility.Results The t test showed that rutin,isoquercitrin,quercetin and cucurbitacin B in Gualoupi(Trichosanthis Pericarpium)were significantly decreased after the compatibility with Shengcaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix)or Zhicaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Cocta)(P<0.05).The content of rutin in Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen)was not different(P>0.05)after the compatibility with Shengcaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix).The content of isoquercitrin in Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen)was significantly increased(P<0.01)after the compatibility with Shengcaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix),but not significantly increased(P>0.05)after the compatibility with Zhicaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Cocta).Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen)was significantly decreased(P<0.01)after the compatibility with Shengcaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix),and significantly increased(P<0.01)after the compatibility with Zhicaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Cocta).The content of cucurbitacin B in Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen)and Tianhuafen(Trichosanthis Radix)was significantly decreased after the compatibility with Shengcaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix)or Zhicaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Cocta)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compatibility with Shengcaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix)could decrease the dissolution of rutin,isoquercetin,quercetin and cucurbitacin B in Gualoupi(Trichosanthis Pericarpium),the dissolution of rutin,3,29-dibenzoyl rarounitriol and cucurbitacin B in Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen)and the dissolution of cucurbitacin B in Tianhuafen(Trichosanthis Radix),but increase the dissolution of isoquercetin in Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen).Compatibility with Zhicaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Cocta)could decrease the di
