一清胶囊联合维胺酯治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨一清胶囊联合维胺酯胶囊治疗口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法选取2019年12月—2021年9月山东省第二人民医院收治的82例口腔扁平苔藓患者,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各41例。对照组口服维胺酯胶囊,25 mg/次,3次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服一清胶囊,1 g/次,3次/d。两组患者连续治疗3个月。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组疼痛程度、病损面积和血清中表面活性蛋白(SP)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的总有效率为90.24%,明显高于对照组的总有效率73.17%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、病损面积显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组的VAS评分、病损面积低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清SP、IL-8、IL-12水平明显降低(P<0.05),治疗组血清SP、IL-8、IL-12水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论一清胶囊联合维胺酯胶囊治疗口腔扁平苔藓具有较好的临床疗效,能降低疼痛程度和缩小病损面积,调节血清SP、IL-8、IL-12水平。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiqing Capsules combined with Viaminate Capsules in treatment of oral lichen planus.Methods Patients(82 cases)with oral lichen planus in Shandong Second Provincial General Hospital from December 2019 to September 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,and each group had 41 cases.Patients in the control group were po administered with Viaminate Capsules,25 mg/time,three times daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yiqing Capsules on the basis of the control group,1 g/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and the degree of pain,the change of lesion area,and the serum levels of SP,IL-8,and IL-12 in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.24%,which was significantly higher than 73.17%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and lesion area of two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The VAS score and lesion area of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of SP,IL-8,and IL-12 in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the serum levels of SP,IL-8,and IL-12 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqing Capsules combined with Viaminate Capsules is effective in treatment of oral lichen planus,reduce the degree of pain and area of lesion,regulate the serum levels of SP,IL-8,and IL-12.
