摘　　要：目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合苯扎溴铵溶液治疗小面积烧伤创面的临床疗效。方法选取2019年4月—2021年4月在聊城市第二人民医院治疗的86例小面积烧伤患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各43例。对照组给予苯扎溴铵溶液,以浓度为0.01%的溶液清洁创面,2次/d;在此基础上,治疗组给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶,每次300 IU/cm2涂于清创后的患处,2次/d。两组均连续治疗3周。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分、ADS-R评分和BSHS-B评分,临床症状改善时间,创面肉芽组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子2(bFGF2)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)和转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平,创面愈合时间及换药次数。结果经治疗,对照组临床有效率为81.40%,显著低于治疗组(97.67%,P<0.05)。经治疗,两组VAS评分明显下降,而伤残接受度量表(ADS-R)评分和精简烧伤健康量表(BSHS-B)评分明显升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者评分明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗,治疗组症状消失时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗,两组创面肉芽组织中VEGF、bFGF2、HIF-1α、TGF-β阳性表达例数均明显增多(P<0.05),且治疗组明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗,治疗组创面愈合时间明显早于对照组,换药次数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合苯扎溴铵溶液治疗小面积烧伤创面效果良好,可促进创面肉芽组织生长,改善临床症状,减轻疼痛及炎症反应,促进创面愈合。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Gel combined with Benzalkonium Bromide Solution in treatment of small area burn wounds.Methods Patients(86 cases)with small area burn wounds in the Second People’s Hospital of Liaocheng from April 2019 to April 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment group,and each group had 43 cases.Patients in the control group were administered with Benzalkonium Bromide Solution,the wound was cleaned with 0.01%solution,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were administered with Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Gel on the basis of the control group,applied 300 IU/cm2 to the cleaned wound each time,twice daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 3 weeks.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,the scores of VAS,ADS-R and BSHS-B,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,the levels of VEGF,bFGF2,HIF-1αand TGF-βin granulation tissue,the wound healing time and dressing change times in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the control group was 81.40%,significantly lower than that of the treatment group(97.67%,P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups were significantly decreased,while the ADS-R scores and BSHS-B scores were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of symptoms in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of positive expression cases of VEGF,bFGF2,HIF-1αand TGF-βin wound granulation tissue of the two groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),and which in the treatment group were significantly more than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly earlier than that of the control group,and the number of dressing changes was signif
