摘  要:以长三角人用疫苗2002-2021年的专利数据为基础,应用统计分析方法,从专利申请态势、主要创新主体分布、专利法律状态等角度揭示长三角疫苗技术的研究进展;应用社会网络分析方法,分析不同阶段长三角疫苗产学研专利合作的特征。研究发现:长三角疫苗专利申请数量稳定增长,形成集聚优势,疫苗专利申请以企业为主,但缺乏龙头企业,同时专利的有效性、转化及运用率有待提高;长三角疫苗专利产学研合作由早期的高校、科研单位、医院的相互合作,慢慢转变为高校、科研单位、医院与企业的合作,但城市间合作较少,合作网络较为分散,比较缺乏核心节点。结合上述分析,提出要从加强知识产权保护、培育龙头企业、加强产学研合作三个方面提升长三角地区的疫苗研发及产业化能力的对策建议。Based on the patent data of human vaccines in the Yangtze River Delta from 2002 to 2021, this paper reveals the research progress of vaccine technology and analyzes the characteristics of vaccine patent IndustryUniversity-Research cooperation in different stages in the Yangtze River Delta. We found that the number of vaccine patent applications in the Yangtze River Delta grew steadily, forming a agglomeration advantage. The majority of vaccine patent applicants were enterprises, but there was a lack of leading enterprises. At the same time,the effectiveness, conversion and application rate of patents need to be improved. Vaccine patent IndustryUniversity-Research cooperation in the Yangtze River Delta has gradually changed from the mutual cooperation among universities, scientific research units and hospitals in the early stage to the cooperation among universities,scientific research units, hospitals with enterprises. However, the cooperation between cities is relatively rare, and the cooperation network is relatively scattered and lacks core nodes. Based on the above analysis, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to enhance the research of vaccines, and the capability of industrialization in the Yangtze River Delta region from three aspects: strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights,cultivating leading enterprises, and strengthening Industry-University-Research cooperation.
