摘 要:白云鄂博矿床中铌与稀土、铁、萤石等密切共生,为更好地利用白云鄂博矿铌资源,通过现场取样,结合化学分析、X射线能谱仪、场发射扫描电镜和矿物自动分析系统(AMICS),对白云鄂博东矿萤石型铌-稀土-铁矿石的化学成分、矿物组成、铌的赋存状态和分布规律进行研究。结果表明:该类型铁矿石化学成分和矿物组成复杂,铌(NbO)品位为0.23%,铌矿物产出粒度较细;铌矿物有褐钇铌矿、铌铁金红石、烧绿石、易解石、铌铁矿和铌锰矿,铌矿物质量分数最高的是褐钇铌矿,为0.14%,铌元素质量分数最高的是铌锰矿,为77.60%,铌(NbO)分布率最高的是褐钇铌矿,为19.46%;铌(NbO)在这6种矿物中的分布率总和为57.20%,分布率最高的是褐钇铌矿,最低的是铌铁矿,前者是后者的近6倍。The niobium in the Bayan Obo deposit has a close paragenetic relationship with REE and iron minerals,fluorite, and other minerals. In order to make better utilization of the niobium resource in the Bayan Obo deposit, in this work, based on the field survey and sampling, we have carried out a detailed study on the chemical composition, mineral component, occurrence state and distribution regularity of niobium of the fluorite-type niobium-rare earth elements-iron(Nb-REE-Fe) ores of the East Mine in the Bayan Obo deposit by using chemical analysis, X-ray energy spectrometer, field emission scanning electron microscope, and automatic mineral analysis system(AMICS). The results show that the fluorite-type Nb-REE-Fe ore has complicated chemical composition and mineral component, with the NbOgrade of 0.23%. It contains relatively fine grained particles of niobium minerals;Its main niobium minerals include fergusonite,ilmenorutile, pyrochlore, aeschynite, columbite, and mangancolumbite, among them fergusonite has the highest mass fraction of niobium minerals of 0.14%, mangancolumbite has the highest mass fraction of niobium element of 77.60%, and fergusonite has the highest metal distribution rate of niobium resources(NbO) of 19.46%. The total distribution rate of niobium(NbO) of these six minerals is 57.20%. Fergusonite has the highest Nb distribution rate, while columbite has the lowest Nb distribution rate. The Nb distribution rate of fergusonite is about 6 times of that of columbite.
