摘 要:蟹壳常常作为废弃物被丢弃,造成资源浪费和环境污染。利用废弃蟹壳提取甲壳素,可变废为宝。采用酸碱化学方法从蟹壳中提取甲壳素,再以提取废液为基础进行综合利用,以微生物法诱导合成生物球霰石。结果表明,酸碱化学法从蟹壳中提取甲壳素的纯度为89.10%,得率为17.82%,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌(Bacillus velezensis)可利用酸碱废液为主要基质诱导合成具有应用潜力的生物球霰石。Crab shells are often discarded as a kind of waste, causing the waste of resources and environmental pollution.The extraction of chitin from wasted crab shells can turn the waste into the treasure. In this study, the wasted crab shells were treated by using the acid-base chemical method to extract chitin, and the residual waste liquid was then comprehensively utilized by using microorganism method to induce the synthesis of biogenic vaterite. The results show that the extracting rate of chitin obtained by using the acid-base chemical method from crab shell was 17.82% and the obtained chitin purity was 89.10%. The residual acid-base waste liquid could be used as the main inducing substrate for the synthesis of biogenic vaterite induced by Bacillus velezensis.
