摘　　要：Hydrogen(Ha)is an attractive energy carrier to replace fossil fuels that can address the environmental issues associated with global warming and alleviates the energy crisis.Electrocatalytic water spltting powered by clean energy(e.g,solar energy,wind)is a green approach to produce Hz.However,this process is restricted by the large overall electricity consumption coming from high cell potential due to the sluggish four-electron transfer of anodic oxygen evolution reaction(OER).
