摘　　要：目的综述高原心血管疾病的防治及相关标志物研究进展。资料来源与选择国内外该领域的相关文献。资料引用以"高原""心血管疾病"等为关键词,从PubMed、维普、中国知网、万方医学网等相关数据库遴选近年来相关文献63篇。资料综合肺动脉高压、长期缺氧为部分常见高原疾病的发生发展机制。高原心血管疾病常见的预防和治疗策略包括早期筛查、缓解缺氧、治疗水肿。基因、血清和影像是高原心血管疾病预防、诊断和治疗的标志物。结论研究高原心血管疾病的发生发展机制、相关标志物和防治策略,对推进该疾病防治的理论研究和实际应用,降低其发病率和死亡率具有重要意义。Objective To review the research progress on prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in high altitude and related markers.Literature resource and selection Relevant literatures in this field published at home and abroad.Literature quotation A total of 63 relevant literatures published in recent years were selected from relevant databases such as PubMed,VIP,CNKI and Wanfang Data with the keywords of"high altitude"and"cardiovascular diseases".Literature synthesis Pulmonary hypertension and long-term hypoxia are the pathogenesis of some common high altitude diseases.The common prevention and treatment strategies of cardiovascular diseases in high altitude include early screening,relieving hypoxia and treating edema.Gene,serum and imaging are the markers used for prevention and treatment strategies of cardiovascular diseases in high altitude.Conclusions The study of the mechanism,markers and prevention strategies is of great significance to improve the theoretical level of the disease and to reduce the incidence rate and mortality of cardiovascular diseases in high altitude.
