摘　　要：目的分析2009-2020年福建省屏南县报告流感病例的流行病学特征,为防控流感疫情暴发提供依据。方法收集福建省屏南县2009-2020年流感监测资料和病原检测、疫苗接种情况,进行描述流行病学分析。结果2009-2020年福建省屏南县共报告流感病例248例,年均发病率10.92/10万,无死亡病例;2018年发病率最高(38.69/10万),发病高峰多出现于每年1月份;病例最多的乡镇为城关所在地(占35.08%),男女性发病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);0~5岁组和26~60岁组占比最高(均为27.01%);22例样本进行了分型,甲流病毒略多(54.55%);流感疫苗接种率自新冠肺炎疫情以来显著提高,2020年达到692.84/10万。结论福建省屏南县流感流行水平不稳定,冬春季为高发期,全人群普遍易感。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of influenza cases reported in Pingnan county,Fujian province during 2009-2020,so as to To provide basis for prevention and control of influenza outbreak.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on influenza surveillance data,pathogen detection and vaccination in Pingnan county during 2009-2020.Results In 2009-2020,a total of 248cases of influenza were reported in Pingnan county,with an average annual incidence of 10.92/105,and no deaths were reported;The incidence was the highest in 2018(38.69/105),the peak of incidence mostly occurred in January every year,the town with the most cases was the location of Chengguan(35.08%),there was no significant difference in the incidence between men and women(P>0.05);The 0-5 year old group and the 26-60year old group accounted for the highest proportion(both 27.01%);22samples were typed,and the influenza A virus was slightly more(54.55%);Since the outbreak of coronavirus disease,influenza vaccination rate has increased significantly,reaching 692.84/105 in 2020.Conclusion The influenza epidemic level in Pingnan county of Fujian province is unstable,with high incidence in winter and spring,and the whole population is generally susceptible.
