有载调压开关拒动事故处理分析及对策

摘　　要：有载调压开关是电力变压器的重要附属设备之一,能在不停电状态下调整负载电压,降低电网电压波动的幅度,保障电网的平稳运行。有载调压开关在长期运行过程中,各法兰面密封圈处极易发生变形老化,导致渗漏油缺陷极易发生。其机械传动装置、分接选择器、切换开关等部位都有可能存在缺陷,从而导致有载调压开关误动、拒动、滑档等事故发生。文章对近期一起有载调压开关拒动事故处理进行分析,并提出相应解决措施。As one of the important auxiliary equipment of the main transformer,the on-load tap changer can adjust the on-load voltage without power failure,reduce the amplitude of power grid voltage fluctuation,ensure the smooth operation of power grid.During the long-term operation of on-load tap changer,the sealing ring on each flange is prone to deformation and aging,resulting in oil leakage defects.Its mechanical transmission device,tap selector,change-over switch and other parts may have defects,resulting in misoperation,refusal,sliding gear and other accidents of on-load tap changer.This paper analyzes the treatment of a recent failure of on load voltage regulating switch,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
