摘　　要：为了优化工业锅炉的控制、提高机组效率、提升机组的节能挖潜空间,文章总结了多个项目的算法、控制策略等方面的先进经验,开发了一套锅炉性能与能耗实时管控一体化平台系统。该系统采用了数据接口、数据加密传输、网络安全、网络编程等先进技术,通过深入研究生产过程的数据采集与分析,实现数据整合、诊断分析、运行监控以及工业锅炉系统的控制优化、技术改造等功能,同时为现场的指标考核竞赛、管理创效提供条件。In order to optimize the control of industrial boilers,improve the efficiency of the unit,and increase the energy-saving potential of the unit,the advanced experience in algorithms and control strategies of multiple projects was summarized,and a set of integrated platform system for real-time management and control of boiler performance and energy consumption was developed.The system adopts advanced technologies such as data interface,data encryption transmission,network security,and network programming.Through in-depth research on data collection and analysis in the production process,data integration,diagnostic analysis,operation monitoring,control optimization and technical transformation of industrial boiler systems are realized.At the same time,it provides conditions for the on-site index assessment competition and management to create benefits.
