微针注射重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白对皮肤年轻化的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨面部皮肤微针注射重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白对皮肤年轻化的效果。方法2021年7—12月,四川大学华西口腔医院医疗美容科招募志愿者25例,男1例、女24例;年龄30~58(38±9)岁,体质指数(22.23±1.36)kg/m2。面部微针注射重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白,分别在治疗前及结束治疗后1、2、3个月采集图像,用VISIA图像分析系统进行对比分析,对受试者满意度进行评估,对治疗后并发症发生情况进行记录。结果VISIA图像分析治疗前及治疗后1个月各维度分值,斑点(32.06±6.92)比(27.59±7.69)分、红色区(32.79±11.80)比(27.74±9.49)分、毛孔(17.66±9.79)比(14.60±7.07)分、棕色斑(43.61±11.93)比(37.59±16.22)分,疗程结束后均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(F=3.44、4.21、7.47、7.11,均P<0.05);疗程结束后1个月,患者满意21例,占84%;结束后3个月,患者满意20例,占80%;无严重不良反应。结论面部注射重组Ⅲ型人源化胶原蛋白对皮肤年轻化有较好效果,受试者满意度较高、安全性较高,值得临床应用。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of recombinant humanized typeⅢcollagen injected by microneedles in facial rejuvenation.Methods Twenty-five cases recruited from July to December 2021 were included as the research objects in this study.Recombinant humanized typeⅢcollagen was injected into the face skin using microneedles.Images were collected before the treatment and 1,2,and 3 months after the end of the treatment.The VISIA image analysis system was used for comparative analysis.Patient′s satisfaction evaluation and the occurrence of complications after treatment were also recorded.Results According to results of VISIA,the scores of spots were(32.06±6.92)and(27.59±7.69);red areas were(32.79±11.80)and(27.74±9.49);pores were(17.66±9.79)and(14.60±7.07)and brown spots were(43.61±11.93)and(37.59±16.22)after the treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the results were statistically different(F=3.442,4.209,7.473,7.113,P<0.05).One month after the end of the of treatment.Patient′s self-satisfaction reached 84%(21 cases);three months after the end of the treatment,the patient′s self-satisfaction reached 80%(20 cases).No serious adverse reactions were occurred.Conclusions The recombinant humanized typeⅢcollagen injected by microneedles can be effective and durable for facial rejuvenation and get high patient satisfaction.It has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
